Bhoothnath is an upcoming Bollywood film starring Amitabh Bachchan and Juhi Chawla with Shahrukh Khan in a guest appearance. It is produced by Ravi Chopra and directed by Vivek Sharma.

The story is about the relationship between a deceased grandfather (played by Amitabh Bachchan) and his grandson. The grandfather returns to his grandson as a ghost named Bhoothnath. Juhi Chawla plays the boy’s widowed mother and Shahrukh Khan is her husband. The film begins shooting on October 18, 2006 and is expected to release sometime in 2007.

BR Chopra wanted to make a film called Ek Aur Masiha with Amitabh Bachchan, Shahrukh Khan, and Juhi Chawla in the late ’90s but the film was never made.
