The Last Lear

The Last Lear is a forthcoming Bollywood, English language film directed by acclaimed director Rituparno Ghosh. The film stars Amitabh Bachchan, Preity Zinta, Arjun Rampal, Divya Dutta, Shefali Shah and Jisshu Sengupta.
 Production

The film will begin shooting from February 28, 2007 to April 10, 2007. Principal shooting will take place in Kolkota. The outdoor shooting is yet to be established.

The film is to be produced by Planman Motion Pictures.

The film is rumoured to based on Utpal Dutt’s play, Aajker Shahjahan.
